Data We Process
Account & Organization Data (We are Controller)
When you create an account or join an organization:

You remain the data controller for all investigation data. We process it solely on your instructions.

Marketing Website Tracking
With your consent to optional tracking and analytics, we use Snitcher to understand visits to our marketing website and identify visiting companies. Snitcher processes your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referral source, and time spent on the site. This tracking is limited to public marketing pages and demos; it is not enabled in the customer platform or on sign-in pages.
Snitcher uses a first-party cookie and local storage entry named snitcher_device_id to recognise a returning browser for up to one year, and snitcher_session in local storage to group activity into visits, expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity. Snitcher processes and stores this data in the EU. See Snitcher's privacy policy for more information.
Choosing Required only leaves optional tracking disabled. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Saving an opt-out reloads the page to stop active tracking.
We store your cookie choices in this browser for 180 days, together with the time and version of the notice you agreed to. We ask again if the notice changes or your saved choice expires. Scrolling or browsing does not enable optional tracking.
